Me and my husband were looking to buy our first home together and we were prepared for the worst kind of experience....long searches, bidding wars, places that don't meet half of our wish-list, and most importantly a real estate agent who says to your face how important you are but doesn't actually treat you like a priority. Well, I'd have to say, with Fareed Ali from this ReMax team, we got the complete opposite. He made our first home purchase an amazing experience! His first meeting with us left a good impression because he asked the right questions without being too pushy and he listened (sooooo important!). We decided to sign with him as our agent, but even then he didn't want us to feel pressured, so we were able to keep working with him before we signed to feel confident in his work. His response time to our questions and concerns was impeccable and he was able to guide us every step of the way (even when we had "stupid" questions). He also referred other professionals to help us with our closing (mortgage specialist and lawyers), so it felt like we got the deluxe package. We were working with a true professional and expert in the business. If you are ever looking for an agent and want someone who will be real with you, listen to you, and help you along this life-milestone, then I strongly recommend Fareed Ali. By far the best real estate agent we have ever met!
